Processing of Personal Data

Right to Object
Due to reasons which emerge from your specific situation, you have the right to object to processing of your personal data affected due to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. e) or f) GDPR at any time.
In the event of objection, NEC Laboratories Europe GmbH will no longer process the personal data, unless we can prove compelling legitimate reasons for the processing that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms, or if the processing shall be used for the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims.
